I’m Scott Haumaha, and my mission is to guide you in building a business that aligns with your vision and delivers the financial success you deserve.

  • A successful business starts with a crystal clear vision. Together, we’ll define where you want to take your business and map out the steps to get there. With the right goals in place, you’ll know exactly what you're working towards and how to make it happen.

Team

  • Your team relies on you to show up ready to go - know the difference between a Leader and Manager. Both are necessary to ensure your business can run smoothly beyond you. I’ll guide you in becoming a confident leader who can delegate effectively, lean into courageous conversations, overcome your own limiting beliefs and fears that stop you from trusting your team, and nurture a culture that reflects your values.

Time

  • Being a business owner often feels like there's never enough time. I’ll help you reclaim your time by putting strategies in place that allow you to balance business demands with life’s priorities. You’ll learn how to manage your time more effectively and stop being pulled in every direction.

Profit

  • At the end of the day, your business needs to be financially rewarding. I expect owners to take responsibility for their numbers - I don’t accept “ask my accountant”. You have the ability to be great with the numbers it just may take some time and further education that we can work together on. As a Chartered Accountant I’ll help explain the numbers in a way that makes sense to you.

  • My personalised coaching starts with a 90-day package designed to create momentum and set a strong foundation. It kicks off with a deep-dive business planning session, where we clarify your vision and goals. Over the next three months, I’ll work closely with you to optimise your time, build a high-performing team, and focus on driving profits that align with your hard work. Together, we’ll set you on the path to running a business that works for you—not the other way around. I will only ever take on 30 clients at any one time to ensure I can give the required attention to each client to ensure their success.

  • If you’re an accounting firm looking to deliver more value to your clients, I can help you integrate advisory services that go beyond traditional compliance and taxation services. From strategic business planning to leadership development and people and culture initiatives, I’ll work with your team to confidently step into the role of trusted advisor.
